Responsibilities Include:
- Cooking in quantity
- Cutting meat
- Following sanitary safeguards
- Assisting in planning menus
- Performs all other duties, as assigned.
What it Takes:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License. (Company will provide application.)
- Must be 21 years or older (required by State and Gaming laws/regulations).
