Job Duties to Include:*Ensure the stations and the kitchen is set up and stocked.*Prep food for the week* Report to the KM/Chef and follow instructions.* Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.* Clean prep areas and put away food at end of day* Stock inventory and supplies.* Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.(Grill/Oven/Flat Top/Stove Top)
Schedule is 8-6 with some days ending earlier and we have alternating Sundays.Off on Saturdays
We are currently looking for the following.
40 Hours a week with ability.
Ability to follow recipes/create batch recipes
Prepare a product that is to standard.
Able to read and utilize a daily task list.
Work with little supervision
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to follow checklist and get accustom to routines
Be a team player and have leadership qualities
Be on time
