Description: ABOUT US: MrBeast Burger was developed in partnership with industry leader Virtual Dining Concepts and MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson. Donaldson, who is actively involved in MrBeast Burger, is an award-winning content creator and social media superstar known for his over-the-top stunts and charitable endeavors that have endeared him to fans, as evidenced by the 73 million subscribers and 13 billion views on his YouTube channel alone. MrBeast Burger has been a runaway success since launching in December and has 1,000 virtual locations nationwide and growing. Now we're going from virtual to actual with the grand opening of the very first MrBeast Burger restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey. POSITION SUMMARY: Food preparation and cook positions are responsible for executing recipes and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure excellent food quality and a great guest experience. These positions also are responsible for ensuring a sanitary work area at all times, setting up stations and properly storing and labeling product, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and fresh, ensuring any allergies or special requests are handled correctly; and interacting in a positive and fast paced manner. Some or all positions may be cross-trained to ensure maximum flexibility in staffing, team member development, and restaurant efficiencies. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Inside Expo - Accurately read and verbally communicate tickets to the rest of the team; clearly communicate any allergens, special requests, as well as other special circumstances and ensure they are correctly accommodated; make boxes, fold papers, and keep trays and the work area organized. •Make Station - Execute all recipes according to specs; ensure all product is at the correct temperature, prepared with optimal quality, and according to any allergies or other special requests; and prepare and cut product as necessary •Fry Stations - Drop, drain, and season menu items; execute recipes and build orders; check fryers for temperature, oil levels, and oil quality; properly and safely filter, clean and replace oil in fryers; and ensure high quality of all items being prepared; Prep other items •Grill Station - season and cook proteins to spec; and ensure high quality of all items being prepared Requirements: REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: •Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred, but not necessary •Ability to follow written and verbal procedures •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers •Ability to read and understand recipes •Able to work in a high energy fast-paced environment
