Prep Operator - Kershaw, SC - The Prep Operator job classification oversees the process of dehulling, conditioning, and flaking soybeans. The job classification of Prep Operator requires the ability to safely and efficiently perform the following:GENERAL DUTIES - Adheres to all safety and process requirements. Participates actively in safety programs and safety duties as required. Works safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by complying with all department and plant safety policies regarding the use of hard hats, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protective equipment. Maintains awareness and adheres to all GMP, FDA, Orthodox Union and employer standards and guidelines for food safety.
