Supervise and direct department employees ensuring adherence to safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance, while production quality products.
Assist Manager in staffing and continuous improvement of department through training, coaching, leading and supervising.
Enforce Company policies, procedures, regulations and practices, and GMPs within your department.
Produce and distribute reports as required.
Ensure customer standards and expectations are met.
Assist in relationship communication with USDA Inspectors and Quality Assurance team members.
Assist with interview, selection, training, onboarding and coaching of new and existing supervisors and production team members.
Lead and assist with preparation of 3rd party and internal audits.

Bachelor Degree in Food, Animal or Poultry Science, or other closely related field of study preferred.
3+ years supervisor experience required, preferably in poultry or meat processing.
Proficient technology, computer, mathematics and analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills.
English language skills required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred. INDHP
