We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Director for our Primrose school located at 11130 jones bridge rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022. Your role will focus on growing enrollment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting a positive work culture, and driving the expansion of additional schools. Responsibilities: •Enrollment & Expansion: Grow and maintain current enrollment •Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, Primrose compliance) and cleanliness. •Work Culture: Promote a positive environment, hire, develop and retain quality staff. •Family Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high. •Financial Sustainability: Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within Primrose standards Key Metrics: •Maintain over 90% occupancy •Maintain perfect Safety, State and Primrose Compliance • Qualifications: •3+ years of managing a school with over 150 children. •Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist. •Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred). •State Certification as director.(required) •At least 2 years of experience as a group teacher for children under six. •Previous leadership experience in early education. •Strong business management and financial skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare. •Passionate about child development and education.
