Smackover Norphlet Preschool Floater DescriptionTitle: Smackover Norphlet Preschool FloaterQualifications: Paraprofessional exam must be passedReports to: Preschool DirectorPurpose: Under the direction and supervision of the director, a preschool floater teacher shall provide care and supervision to children, ages 6 weeks to age 5 and to assist in the day to day operations of the preschool as needed.Responsibilities:Exhibit a positive attitude, be flexible, friendly, and possess a love for working with childrenResponsible for filling in for other teachers so they can take their scheduled breaksAssist with laundry for the preschoolPurchasing snacks for the preschoolAbility to work with children in and out of the classroom (classroom, playground)Be willing to participate in professional development and in-service trainings requested by the preschoolOther duties assigned by the supervisor or superintendent
