**About our Organization**

Early Learning Corps is powered by members who serve as tutors. Started in 2003, Early Learning Corps has helped more than 100,000 children build early literacy and numeracy skills and get ready for Kindergarten. has shown Early Learning Corps students consistently outperform their peers on key emergent literacy outcomes. The program began as an initiative of Reading Corps and is replicated nationally in 7 states, the Distrcit of Colombia, and is still growing!

Early Learning Corps is an educational program that is administered through a formal partnership with ServeMinnesota and fueled by research from the National Science + Service Collaborative. As a national organization, Ampact demonstrates the power of national service to solve complex social problems by creating innovative programs that focus on the key areas of education, environmental stewardship, and healthy futures for communities. These programs include Reading Corps, Math Corps, Early Learning Corps, Recovery Corps, Climate Impact Corps, and Heading Home Corps.
