(HCP) is searching for a dynamic and visionary President/CEO to lead our thriving Association starting January 2025. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm at a pivotal moment, as HCP enters a new chapter of growth and transformation. Our current president is transitioning to the next phase of her career, leaving a strong foundation upon which the next leader can build.Your Role as President/CEO In this role, you won't just manage day-to-day operations—you'll set the strategic vision for HCP in collaboration with our Board of Directors. As we move towards a fully remote office structure, you'll oversee a hybrid workforce, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organization.Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership: Work with the Board to establish and drive the long-term vision of HCP, ensuring the Association remains at the forefront of the evolving home care landscape. Play a key role in navigating industry transformation and other strategic initiatives.Advocacy & Public Awareness: Champion home and community-based care, raising public awareness about the essential role of our industry while advocating for policies that enhance the welfare of providers and clients.Organizational & Financial Management: Oversee the business and financial affairs of HCP, including budgeting, compliance, and ensuring operational excellence.Team & Talent Management: Lead and inspire a talented team, managing the transition to a fully remote work environment while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Industry Representation: Serve as the public face of HCP, building partnerships with professional groups, associations, and coalitions to advance the organization's mission.Member Services: Guide the development of services, projects, and regional chapters that align with HCP's goals, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our members.Educational and Research Foundation: Serve as the President/CEO of HCP's affiliated 501(c)(3) foundation, which offers industry-leading educational programs, conferences, and research initiatives. Oversee the management of emergency preparedness grants in partnership with New York City and the State of New York, ensuring the home care sector is equipped to respond to evolving challenges.Qualifications: Master's degree or a combination of seven years of experience in home and community-based services and association/foundation management.Strong communication and public presentation skills, with the ability to represent HCP at the highest levels.Proven experience in managing change and transformation, preferably in healthcare.Functional knowledge of the role of technology in association management, with experience in leading hybrid or fully remote teams.Robust public policy experience, along with a strategic marketing background.What We Offer: Hybrid Work EnvironmentGenerous health insurance contributionGenerous time-off packageSalary Range: $130,000 - $165,000Why Join HCP?
