The president's responsibilities include establishing short and long-term company objectives, building relationships with clients and key audience stakeholders, establishing alliances and partnerships to help grow the brand, finding opportunities to increase revenue, ensuring the proper allocation of resources, and managing all departments to meet their goals.You should be innovative and entrepreneurial and have excellent outward-facing communication and leadership skills, strong networking ability and excellent knowledge of the media landscape.What you doOverseeing budgets, staff, and executives and evaluating the success of the company.Meeting with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the company, develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure the company's compliance with the stated mission.Overseeing the complete operation of the company and ensuring all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans.Listening to the viewpoints and reports of the managers and directors and making the final decisions.Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the company's daily finances.Updating and revising plans to increase the company's profitability and progress.Creating and maintaining relationships with the community and industry leaders and encouraging business investments and activities that keep us growing and relevantLooking for alliances, mergers, partnerships, and investment opportunities and reviewing and advising on contracts.Keep up with future trends in media and the impact on the company operations.What you haveA bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.A master's degree is highly desired10 years' media experience gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.Financial and operational knowledge of Media industryInterest in Real Estate industryExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to represent the company in public and build relationships with advertisers and readers.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
