THE ROLE

The day-to-day responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Leading the greenfield expansion into Texas, including building a new facility.
  • Driving strategic initiatives to secure organic growth and geographic expansion.
  • Developing relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing all functions: sales, HR, finance, operations, and manufacturing.
  • Collaborating closely with the private equity firm to align on goals and performance metrics.

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Proven CEO, COO, or senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience scaling high-volume building product manufacturing businesses.
  • Operational expertise in greenfield projects and facility launches.
  • Background in private equity-backed companies, with a strong focus on organic growth.
  • Strategic thinking to implement new processes and drive geographic expansion.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: 275,000 - $300,000

Bonus Package: Based on business performance on EBITDA or Revenue, good bonus potential, 30% to 50% of basic salary
