President, North America Business Unit
Our client, a well-established global manufacturing company, is looking for a President to lead the Business Unit in N. America.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the senior-most member in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico), driving growth and innovative change throughout the organization while working and reporting to the HQ of the company; provide effective strategic directions for the country and respective teams.
· Be responsible for the regional P&L including
(1) increasing sales and top-line revenue growth,
(2) ensuring profitability and increasing liquidity by improving working capital management,
(3) ensuring smooth operations, and (4) building upon and reinforcing a positive, winning culture.
· Lead, manage, and oversee Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources and indirectly lead and oversee Operations and Supply Chain in the pursuit of high quality, high performance, and innovative and positive change.
· Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize growth in the region.
· Establish and retain strong relationships with key executives, management, staff, customers, and external service providers.
· Demonstrate business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and execute against budgets, long-term forecasts, and other internal goals.
· Demonstrate and promote ethical behavior, problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and quality decision-making skills.
· Execute quick and effective business decisions with agility and flexibility that ensure the achievement of a strong financial performance.
· Align business performance to achieve high-level strategic expectations.

Requirements:
· MUST: Exp in Manufacturing companies
· MUST: EVP / GM / President title min 5 years of experience
· MUST: Fluent in Spanish and English
· MUST: Commercial background
· MUST: Any Marketing Degree OR Business Degree
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· 15+ years of business experience with a commercial background
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and achieve goals.
