High Country: Private Equity Search has been retained to find a President for a real estate private equity firm's vertically integrated real estate operations and property management entity. The firm has less than USD $5B of AuM but is experiencing strategic growth through a series of successful institutional capital raises over the last year and into 2025. They have a tremendous track record and have raised over USD $4B of fund capital since inception.
The selected candidate will be responsible for all property management functions across the organization's expanding operations platform (5 current offices), including but not limited to general management and oversight of employees, property maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, property and corporate budgets, reporting, capital improvement projects, property appearance and condition. In addition, the President will work closely with the Investment and Asset Management division to ensure that operations are performed in accordance with property specific business plans. The President will also play a key role in all commercial property acquisitions, property level risk management initiatives, and other functions as may be assigned.
