Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Tifton, GA, and hiring an experienced Press Brake Foreman for our client that specializes in metal stamping. The candidate selected will be at the forefront of training new employees and elevating the skills of existing team members. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's press brake operations, promoting safety, and driving continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence. If you have prior supervisory experience developing and managing other employees, we'd love to hear from you! Pay: $30 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays Essential Functions:
- Direct and coach employees on day-to-day operations.
- Assess the work performance of employees and identify areas that need improvement.
- Manage the workflow of employees, creating schedules and delegating tasks.
- Lead practical demonstrations, guiding trainees through machine setup, tooling selection, and press brake operations.
- Work closely with existing press brake operators, identifying areas for improvement and providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting press brake-related issues.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement in press brake operations.
- Reinforce a strong safety-first culture during training and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure press brake machines are well-maintained and functioning optimally.
- Assist management in the evaluation of new hires for placement within our press brake operator-level program.

- 2+ years of break press experience with a deep understanding of press brake forming principles (die selection, material characteristics, and flange/angle corrections).
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving, time management, communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in the use of calipers, protractors, and squares.
- Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on training and coaching to new hires and existing employees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift 50 pounds.
