The Forming Senior Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient machine operation, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot forming machines, focusing on utilization and efficiency.
• Organize jobs to maximize machine productivity and ensure continuous production flow.
• Collaborate with the programming team to overcome production challenges.
• Mentor and train junior operators on best practices and techniques.
• Communicate with account managers to coordinate production schedules and priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of forming machine/brake operation experience; Amada brakes experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and time tracking.
