Job Description
Your Mission: As a Press Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and production machinery. Your responsibilities include hands-on repair work, contributing to innovative maintenance programs, and actively participating in training initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities: - Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and controls issues - Conduct stick welding and other welding repairs as needed - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs - Provide technical sales support to customers, offering guidance on repair options and solutions - Perform industrial maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing parts - Conduct low voltage electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting
Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques - Experience with stick welding and other welding processes - Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and procedures - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs - Knowledge of hydraulics systems and components - Experience with low voltage electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
