This position will be responsible for operating the screen press properly, loading apparel with image placement and tracking jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained. Our full-time employees receive paid time off, health benefits, and a 401(k) with a company match.Essential Job Functions:
- Operating screen press and rapid tag press properly
- Loading pallets on press with proper image placement to ensure quality print.
- Read and interpret documents/job orders instructions according to customer's requirements and screen press operation standards
- Count and track jobs/orders.
- Maintain high rate of speed/output and ensure quality print standards are maintained.
- Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages.
- Learn and master the Standard Operating Procedures of your assigned area.
- Maintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standing
- Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping

- Ability to endure extreme temperatures and lift and move boxes of up to 35 lbs.
