(Nasdaq Stock ticker: EML).Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and tear down Automatic (75-400 ton) and Secondary Presses (22-95 ton)Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivityPerform first piece quality inspectionRecord all data needed for inventory control including: good parts, scrap, and other data as necessaryMonitor and notify supervisors of machine wear or damage for preventative maintenanceComply with work scopes instructionsMeet established production criteriaTroubleshoot and make needed adjustments to equipment for problem resolutionPerform rework or sorting as requiredMaintain safe operations be adhering to safety procedures, regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Utilize and abide by ISO requirements*Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education: *High school diploma or equivalent2 years' press experienceRegular attendanceStrong mechanical aptitudeBasic Math skillsAbility to set safety device such as Light Curtains and Pull BacksFamiliarity with PLS Controls and Servo FeedsKnowledge of how to read part printsComplete background in press working including: Single and Continuous strokes, Emergency Stops, Die Protection, PLS, Ram Adjustments, Die Clamping, Pilot Releases, Cradle Functions, Selection of Materials and Safety Procedures.Knowledge of basic tools including:Micrometers Calipers, and other precision measuring toolsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to work in noisy, greasy, manufacturing environments.Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb as necessary.Visual acuity to read instructions, micrometers, blue prints, and inspect parts produced.
