InTouch Labels & Packaging is a leader in the food, craft beverage, health & beauty, and cannabis industry for custom label printing. We offer a wide range of printed label products for craft beverage businesses, including labels for cans, bottles, keg wraps, custom printed keg collars, and logo stickers. We are expanding our national sales & marketing team to better serve the growing national market. We are looking for an experienced Digital Finishing Operator to work the 2nd shift 3:30pm - 11:00pm.

You may be assigned to a primary machine but will have the ability to operate any of the digital finishing machines within the operation.
Your Day to Day May Include:
- Operate a variety of finishing platforms includes semi-rotary and laser.
- Review and follow all work instructions per the customer's requirements.
- Ensure all jobs are produced in a timely manner meeting schedule deadlines.
- Communicate with the production manager and/or shift supervisor regarding any issues with scheduling, work instructions, or any quality issues including print defects, die-cut issues, under runs, etc..
- Keep the work area and machines in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain all tooling and axillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and some mechanical skills to aide in machine repairs.
What you need to succeed:
- 1 – 2 years' experience running diecutting equipment is required.
- Ability to set up for embellishments like spot UV, cold foil, and lamination.
- Monitor quality and consistency of all die-cut products.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
