We jointly express and promote our commitment under the corporate brand THE KAITEKI COMPANY.Principal AccountabilitiesFollows ALL Safety Guidelines / Practices.Ability to perform press basic job functions:Crane operationCrane scalesScrape / Vacuum moldsApply mold releaseLoad & level moldsDetailed understanding of Manufacturing Order (MO), including Bill of Material components & operational steps; along with text instructions.Responsible to follow established standard operating & quality procedures.Utilize Fork Truck to move & stage materials, understands Pallet Load Restrictions.Understands Press schedule & maintains production according to the schedule.Performs sheet quality inspections / measurements & documents, as necessary, to ensure first quality with accuracy.Operate Press Saw, as required.Perform Housekeeping / TPEM / 5S, as required.Perform Movex transactions, as required.SHIFT: Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM-11:00 PM/Monday-Tuesday 3:00 PM-11:00 PMAdditional Responsibilities:Operate whirlwind & high-speed mixers; as trained.Inform Lead Operator, Supervisor, and / or Maintenance of issues immediately.LI-DNPKnowledge / Skills / ExperienceHigh School Diploma / GEDHistory of Safe Working BehaviorsDemonstrated measurement skills; ability to use devices with accuracyDemonstrated ability to operate a ForkliftDemonstrated ability in use of sawsBasic understanding of Quality ControlGood communication skillsAttention to detailComputer literateBasic math skillsAbility to solve problems / troubleshoot, with minimal supervisionPay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)The salary for this position is $18.73.
