We are seeking an Assembler to join ourVaetrix team and contribute to the production of high-quality pressure gauges.The ideal candidate will have experience working with small components andpossess strong soldering and repair skills.
Responsibilities:- Assemble and calibrate pressure and temperature gauges according to work instructions and ESD guidelines.
- Perform quality inspections on components and finished products.
- Solder and repair components as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Experience working with small components and precision tools.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Basic soldering and surface mount soldering experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills with ability to use various software applications such as Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in electronic equipment manufacturing or related field.
- Familiarity with pressure or temperature gauge components and assembly processes.
- Certification in IPC-J-STD-001 for soldering through-hole/surface mount technology
