Preventive Maintenance Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in Building and Perfecting PM Renewal Process with New System integration
- Track schedule of PM agreements to begin quoting process at pre-determined times
- Discuss Customer's PM schedule with Sales Engineer & Customer to ensure schedule is still correct, or if changes are needed
- Re-quote PM agreement and adjust scheduling as needed
- Contact Customers via phone and email to procure a signed PM renewal agreement
- Inform Sales Engineer at pre-determined time if they need to get involved in the PM renewal process
- Enter & Build PM schedules in internal system
- Research and Quoting PM plans for sales team based on RFQ's
Qualifications of the
Preventive Maintenance Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Strong Inter-personal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work Ethic- Do whatever it takes to delight the customer
- Communicate internally at APO to ensure customers needs/requirements are clearly understood and met whenever possible
- Proficient in Microsoft software products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Utilize CRM software to track PM's
- Excellent Time Management skills

Shift Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Travel: Some travel required for training or possible meetings in the Columbus branch
Education: High School Diploma required or GED.
