We are searching for a talented Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift, 7:00am -3:30pm

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision and direction of the Director, Engineering & Facilities or designee, maintain equipment within the scope of the Maintenance department and utility services as needed. Maintain written history of all equipment and keep required documentation/work orders up-to-date. Perform routine inspections on boilers, HVAC, and AHU equipment as needed. Keep feed water chemicals at predetermined levels. Perform general maintenance within the facility as needed.Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Hospital environment or three years in an Industrial setting.
  • Associates degree or equivalent in HVAC and a demonstrated ability to operate and maintain typical HVAC.
  • Must have Refrigeration Technician License.
  • Universal Technician Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Refrigeration Technician License and Universal Technician Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
