The Role:The Norstella Pricing Director will report to the Global Head of Commercial Planning, Pricing and Alliances. They will play a pivotal role in identifying, proposing, and validating new pricing models, particularly as Norstella develops new AI/ML driven products and services, and support all aspects of pricing analysis across the Norstella business.
This role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the business through advanced pricing analytics, data science, and modelling, as well as a deep understanding of novel pricing and packaging methodologies.
The successful candidate will have a significant business impact, advising on how products should be priced to drive sales and company profitability whilst staying highly competitive in the market.
Responsibilities:Open to hybrid, remote, or office-based.
Travel Requirements:Ability to travel into Citeline offices as necessary, and attend industry events may be required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
