Pricing Manager

This is a hybrid schedule with an expectation of 2 days of on site work per week. Flexible to more, if the circumstance warrants.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Litigation Pricing team including coaching, development and oversight of the team's overall performance.
- Support partners and business professionals across the firm in developing profitable, sustainable and relevant pricing solutions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to partners and business professionals on pricing best practices.
- Provide process improvements and tools that support more effective and efficient use of the Pricing team in building, communicating and maintaining proposals and budgets.
- Provide consistent and proactive analysis on client financials to optimize performance and predictability on matter results.
- Support Partners through the annual deals process and work with Client Account Managers on review and approvals of high value write downs/offs.
- Set policy and ensure compliance of Pricing and Write down/Write off governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in positions requiring strong financial analysis, pricing, budgeting or legal billing/eBilling management.
- Law firm or professional services background with international exposure preferred.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- Strong working knowledge of 3E or other law firm accounting software preferred.
- Ability to analyze historical data in order to identify factors resulting in pricing structures that are profitable to the Firm.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective internal and external client relationships. Must possess ability to communicate credibly and easily with all levels of attorneys and staff.
- Ability to exchange information and to present ideas, report facts and other information clearly and concisely.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new applications.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. Compensation
San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $120,000.00-$180,000.00, plus bonus
Los Angeles, San Diego salary range: $112,000.00-$168,000.00, plus bonus
Denver salary range: $105,000.00-$157,000.00, plus bonus
