A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team in Brooklyn.About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours (40 hours per week)
- Setting: School-based program
Responsibilities:The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will:
- Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing advanced nursing skills and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technology to provide evidence-based and quality healthcare services
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the holistic healthcare needs of patients
- Foster a compassionate and patient-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NYS Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
- Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with Community Health Center operations
- Culturally competent with skills/experience working with diverse populations
