- Compensation: Compensation is based on an annual salary range between $230,000-$270,000. -Annual quality incentive of $20,0000- $100,000 recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (tied to an annual agreement upon signing) -$175/hour for additional shifts worked

- Additional Info: Due to expansion within the pediatric hospitalist department, CRH has opened opportunities for 2 pediatric hospitalists. -Seeking candidates who embody and support our mantra of Diversity. Equity. Inclusion-Be part of an established staff of 3 pediatric hospitalists and 1 nurse practitioner. Responsible for rounding on pediatric inpatients, Level 2 nursery, and newborns.-NP staff assist with newborn rounding -Flexible schedule includes a 7on/7off model but can be adjusted based on scheduling needs-Level I & II nursery. Average 1300 births per -Attendance of high-risk deliveries and resuscitation of newborns as needed.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-Accepting new grads/ H1-B visas--NRP and PALS certified-Must have recent experience or training in the following: Neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lumbar puncture, circumcision (on-site training can be provided), emergency needle thoracentesisumbilical lines, CPAP, and tube feedings
