Currently seeking aPrimary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine fora role in Houston, TX. Will provide comprehensive health care,including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, diagnosisand treatment of common illnesse s.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provideprimary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adultpatients.

+ Conducthistories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medicaltreatments based on best practice standards.

+ Developtreatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medicalissues as needed.

+ Evaluatethe effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.

+ Maintainmedical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ BE/BCInternal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)

+ 2years minimum experience

+ ValidTX License

+ CurrentDEA Certificate

HOURS:

+ 40hours

+ PatientLoad 8-12 Daily

+ Outpatient
