Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt, an ambulatory FQHC for the NYC Health + Hospitals System. The community-based clinic emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Roosevelt focuses on improving health and well-being, preventing, treating, and managing ongoing health conditions. Opportunity Details - Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
