An established Community Health Organization on Long Island NY is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family Medicine background, to join one of their outpatient facilities! About the Opportunity:

• Setting: FQHC,100% outpatient. Mix of direct patient care and Precepting FM residents
• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of NY
• Board Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
