Join us and be part of a team that transforms lives every day.*Job Description:*We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Facility in Knoxville, TN. As a Primary Therapist, you will work with patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program, providing individual and group therapy sessions to help them overcome their addiction and mental health challenges.*Position*: Primary Therapist*Location*: Knoxville, TN*Schedule*: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.*Responsibilities:** Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients to address their specific needs and challenges* Facilitate group therapy sessions to create a supportive and collaborative environment for patients.* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.* Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote long-term recovery and wellness.*Qualifications:** Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in the state of Tennessee* Experience working with individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
