Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a variety of tasks related to content for the video catalog quality under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, performing quality checks on content, validating image quality, and performing checks to qualify user experience for content viewing on the TV. The associate will require the use of software and/or tools for data capture on a daily basis. The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions, keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the standard operating procedure. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, e.g., functionality of the tool.IMPORTANT: This is not a remote position; you are required to work on site. Open to Costa Rica applicants expected to work from the SJO10 Site in Calle Blancos.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience with Excel- 1+ years of previous experience in an English contact center environment.- Demonstrated strong analytical and logical skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proven ability in internal and external stakeholder management.- Proven ability to work under pressure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ year of experience in Amazon Prime Video-related operations.- 1+ years experience in editing, quality assurance, or publishing-related operations.- Ability to view and analyze sensitive content.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.- Ability to work with minimal supervision.- Educational qualification of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
