L'quipe Autodesk Global Consulting Delivery est la recherche d'une personne talentueuse et dynamique pour rejoindre notre groupe Architecture and Engineering Services en Amrique du Nord en tant que consultant principal. En tant que membre cl de l'quipe Consulting Delivery, le candidat retenu aura de l'exprience dans la dfinition et le dploiement de stratgies et de solutions innovantes pour tirer parti de la conception, de la livraison et de la gestion numriques en tant qu'avantage concurrentiel, en menant des changements transformationnels au niveau de l'entreprise et en construisant des organisations plus fortes et plus efficaces.

**Responsabilits**

+ Travailler avec les plus grands clients d'Autodesk pour dfinir des stratgies et des solutions innovantes en matire de conception, d'ingnierie et de gestion des btiments afin de garantir la plus grande valeur possible de leur investissement dans Autodesk

+ Travailler avec les quipes de comptes Autodesk pour dfinir les plans de russite des clients et les engagements des clients pour fournir ces stratgies et solutions

+ Travailler avec l'quipe de gestion de projet d'Autodesk Consulting pour assurer une livraison exceptionnelle par rapport au plan de russite du client

+ Faonner l'offre de services d'Autodesk Consulting et la manire dont elle est fournie

+ Interagir avec les leaders d'opinion au sein d'Autodesk et au-del, pour soutenir et faonner l'offre de produits Autodesk

+ tre un partenaire commercial de confiance pour les clients et les quipes internes d'Autodesk

+ Dvelopper et fournir des solutions commerciales et technologiques rellement innovantes qui ont un impact stratgique sur les clients d'Autodesk

+ Aider les clients d'Autodesk conduire des changements transformationnels en s'appuyant sur des mthodologies prouves de gestion du changement

+ Animer des ateliers avec les clients d'Autodesk afin d'identifier les opportunits de solutions et de favoriser l'alignement sur les voies de solutions

+ Diriger ou aider la cration de produits de haute qualit en matire de conception, d'ingnierie et de gestion oprationnelle pour les clients

+ Dfinir et suivre la valeur des solutions fournies aux clients, et aider documenter l'impact de l'investissement du client dans Autodesk Consulting

+ Diriger et/ou participer au dveloppement d'offres nouvelles et largies dans le cadre d'un portefeuille complet de prestations de conseil

+ Construire la marque Autodesk Consulting en dmontrant un leadership clair dans l'industrie, c'est--dire en faisant des prsentations l'Autodesk University et d'autres vnements de l'industrie, en publiant des articles et des documents de position sur les tendances de l'industrie, etc

+ Diriger les efforts de livraison des projets, en veillant ce que les membres de l'quipe atteignent le plus haut niveau de qualit et de professionnalisme

+ Encadrer le personnel subalterne dans les techniques d'engagement des clients, y compris la gestion du changement, la rflexion stratgique et critique, l'animation d'ateliers et la communication efficace

+ Donner des conseils sur l'estimation des projets et participer aux activits de dveloppement commercial

**Qualifications minimales**

+ Licence en architecture, en gestion de la construction, en ingnierie ou dans un domaine connexe

+ Au moins sept (7) ans d'exprience pratique dans le secteur de la construction (produits Autodesk de prfrence), axe sur le dveloppement, la gestion et/ou la fourniture de solutions numriques de conception, d'ingnierie et de gestion au sein d'une entreprise

+ Faire preuve d'excellence en matire de rflexion stratgique, d'innovation, de gestion de programme, de gestion du changement, d'optimisation des processus d'entreprise et de communication

+ Dmontrer sa capacit animer des ateliers de travail avec les clients en utilisant diverses techniques

+ faire preuve d'initiative et de capacit prendre des dcisions et clore des dossiers

+ Capacit avre travailler avec diverses quipes techniques, commerciales et de gestion de projet

+ Capacit travailler de manire indpendante pour respecter les dlais

+ Avoir une solide connaissance pratique des processus du cycle de dveloppement des logiciels et de la manire d'oprer dans le cadre d'une gestion de projet structure

+ possder d'excellentes comptences en matire de communication crite et orale, y compris une exprience de la conduite d'ateliers, de l'animation de runions et de la ralisation de prsentations efficaces l'intention des quipes et des clients

+ Doit tre capable de vulgariser des sujets complexes dans un langage commun comprhensible par des publics non techniques ou orients vers les affaires

+ Capacit voyager 50 % du temps, y compris l'tranger

**Position Overview**

The Autodesk Global Consulting Delivery team is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Architecture and Engineering Services group in North America as a Principal Consultant. As a key member of the Consulting Delivery team, the successful candidate will have experience defining and deploying innovative strategies and solutions to leverage digital design, delivery, and management as a competitive advantage, leading transformational change at the enterprise level, and building stronger, more effective organizations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work with Autodesks largest customers to define innovative Building design, engineering, and management strategies and solutions to ensure the greatest possible value from their Autodesk investment

+ Work with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements to deliver those strategies and solutions

+ Work with the Autodesk Consulting Project Management team to ensure exceptional delivery against the Customer Success Plan

+ Shape the Autodesk Consulting service offering and how it is delivered

+ Interface with thought leaders within Autodesk, and beyond, to support and shape the Autodesk product offering

+ Be a trusted business partner to customers and internal Autodesk teams

+ Develop and deliver truly innovative business and technology solutions that have a strategic impact on Autodesk customers

+ Help Autodesk customers drive transformational change by leveraging proven change management methodologies

+ Lead facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on solution paths

+ Lead or assist in the creation of high-quality design, engineering, and operational management deliverables for customers

+ Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers, and help document the impact of customer investment in Autodesk Consulting

+ Lead and/or participate in the development around new and expanded offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolio

+ Build the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating thought leadership within the industry, i.e. presenting at Autodesk University and other industry events, publishing articles and position papers on industry trends, etc.

+ Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism

+ Mentor junior staff in successful customer engagement techniques, including change management, strategic and critical thinking, workshop facilitation, and effective communication

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree

+ Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry (Autodesk products highly preferred), with a focus on the development, management and/or delivery of digital design, engineering, and management solutions across a business enterprise

+ Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications

+ Demonstrate ability to facilitate customer workshops leveraging a variety of techniques

+ Demonstrate initiative and ability to drive decisions and closure on issues

+ Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams

+ Ability to work independently to meet deadlines

+ Must have a solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and how to operate under structured project management

+ Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentations to teams and customers

+ Must be able to break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences

+ Ability to travel 50% of the time, including international travel

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Strong knowledge of Building design, engineering, construction, and management industry practices, key industry and technology focus areas would be:

**Salary transparency**

Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,100 and $184,580. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
