Job Description:

ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Diversified Energy team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide strategic client and program planning and management and senior technical assistance on associated projects for clients locally and nationally. This role is a Casual status, On-Call As-Needed opportunity.

As a senior manager, you will contribute your leadership, client relationship, and technical consulting skills to support the growth of ERM's business and client base, while networking with ERM's global technical team and technology experts to share best practices across the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional looking to join a thriving, dynamic team working with global clients and portfolios.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support and provide technical expertise projects for a variety of O&G clients with complex technical/regulatory issues and business opportunities.
  • Strategize, design and oversee large program pursuits and implementation.
  • Assist in project delivery within client's scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Appropriately delegate project assignments to project teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Coordinate with ERM offices in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe regions on national and international project delivery.
  • Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business to grow ERM's portfolio within the O&G industry.
  • Prepare and review technical proposals and participate in business development with existing clients and identified leads.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with other ERM employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors in engineering or related discipline.
  • 20+ years leadership experience working with significant industrial clients on complex projects under a variety of state, federal, and international regulatory structures.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the industry business context.
  • Recognized expertise by and established reputation in the regional marketplace.
