The Role
We are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our advisory team to deliver our service for marketing leaders, develop senior relationships, making strategic recommendations on how to best achieve their growth goals.

Our advisory service provides clients with access to a senior advisory for coaching, access to frameworks and data and ongoing reviews of program performance. The role demands a growth mindset and strategic thinking with authority and expertise.
You're able to see the big picture and understand complex B2B marketing subjects and help coach clients to sharpen marketing's focus on clients. Providing the highest standard of advisory services to support our clients, including facilitating workshops, leading assessments, coaching and presenting research. You will lead key relationships with advisory clients ensuring high satisfaction and enabling service expansion with clients.
You're highly engaging and confident, at your best when advising clients, and advising on strategic transformation projects with senior stakeholders across multiple clients. You have significant commercial acumen, and high emotional intelligence. You communicate frequently with your internal stakeholders to keep them informed of the company's vision and progress; keeping the team motivated and morale high.
