We are looking for an experienced Principal UX Designer that leads by doing, values diversity of thought and background, has a passion for solving highly complex problems at a massive scale and brings their best self to work every day. You will improve, iterate, and reimagine the product experience to shape the next generation of analytics tools. You will partner with a wide variety of internal and external customers to craft a modern BI experience for one of the fastest growing areas of software.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $131,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
