Job Summary:
The Principal Director for Campus Advancement (PDCA), in concert with and reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Advancement (SEDOA), manages a select portfolio of dual-report advancement professionals in the colleges and areas across the University of Utah campus, collaborating closely with deans, directors, and key fundraising and advancement teams throughout the institution and in cooperation with University Advancement.
The role assists in the development and implementation of a strategic development plan for campus fundraising, expands the donor pool and pipeline, and works with select deans, directors, and University Advancement professionals to maximize the impact of philanthropy available to meet the college/area needs and advance the University mission.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); nine years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, staff management, and effective communications skills required.
