Principal Architect Fulltime Required Skillsets •Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in designing and integrating systems within the Mobile/Wireless domain. •Proven ability in CRM / Billing / Middleware / Order Management System •Ability to define integration strategies to connect multiple systems. •Proven ability to identify pain points within an ecosystem and design solutions utilizing process and systems to resolve those pain points •Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and influence technical and business resources. •Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand business functions and requirements and translate those requirements into solution designs and architectures. •Hands-on practical experience is a must. •Discussion on design with Customer Architect team and finalizing the application level design •Able to guide the Technical Lead / team to conduct technical review discussion with internal/external stakeholders in •Providing working solutions for technical challenges faced •Working experience in Application Performance tuning
