Principal – Workforce Transformation-Human Capital Management, Infosys Consulting (WX Practice)
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant with HCM and Workforce Transformation Experience within cross-functional industry experience, Energy and Utilities preferred.
HCM and Workforce Transformation role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, design, and drive delivery of HCM diagnostic and content work to include HCM Digital and AI strategy and roadmap development, Solution business and workforce best fits solution requirements gathering, facilitation of decisions on global process and template approaches and significant involvement in organization design and transfer to shared service delivery organization operation and execution.
- The successful applicant will have experience developing and implementing HCM strategy, Target Operating Models, HCM process and program content development. Applicant should have experience with solutions including but not limited to Oracle Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.
- UKG and other payroll and time solutions. Successful candidate should be able to apply HCM transformation strategies and successfully engages business and technology stakeholders, leadership, and project champions in decisions on HR service design, HR policy alignment, solution global approaches and readiness assessment of key stakeholders, employees and managers in understanding, accepting, learning, adopting and reenforcing new ways of working as defined with the guardrails of new solutions or reboots of existing ones.
- The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate specific HCM strategy and benchmarking experience in designing new HR Target Operating Model, Organizational service delivery, solution business and functional requirements and project and change management in the design and execution of same
- HCM digitally-enabled transformation programs (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, ADP )
- Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint, Teams, other platforms)
- HCM AI applications and innovation
- Current knowledge of Payroll and Time Solutions
- HCM Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs
- M&A transformations and large-scale restructuring initiatives
- Candidates must be able to support HCM and WX sales and business development activities; sales experience interest is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, design and drive HCM Digital Transformation programs to include new Target Operating Model definition and execution
- Assist with management of client HCM and Talent interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions.
- Project-manage HCM assessment, design and implementation work; manage resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; report status, risks and issues.
- Manage HCM and WX individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation.
- Serve as liaison between business client, project team, development team, and other partners; Provide quality assurance and oversight to consultants on project teams.
- Utilize Digital HCM and Workforce Transformation experience to identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader.
- Work with sales pursuit teams to sell HCM services either on a standalone basis or as part of large technology-enabled digital transformation programs.
- Continue to develop and enhance Infosys' thought leadership and IP (points of view, methods, tools and templates) in HCM, Talent Management and Workforce Transformation domains
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree, preferred.
- Ability to travel majority of the week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in HCM Transformation and Workforce and Talent Management Transformation/Optimization
- Must be a resident of (or within a 2-hour distance to) one of our Hub locations) – Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- Previous experience leading and delivering Digital HCM and Workforce Management engagement as big 4 consultant associate or other large consulting practice
- Multiple full lifecycle HCM transformation programs with hands-on experience delivering transformational HCM and Workforce Management Programs
- Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities.
- Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what is required to get the job done.
