Principal Machine Learning Scientist (Large Language Models)

Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA

DeepRec.ai seeks a dedicated Principal level Machine Learning Scientist specializing in Large Language Models, to join our client's innovative team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This team are on a mission to transform mental health and well-being with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ML tools modeling psychological phenomena.
• Run experiments on LLM-based multi-agent systems.
• Use real-world data to fine-tune agent behavior.
• Build an efficient data pipeline for product scalability.
• Test techniques to enhance platform performance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve KPIs and integrate the platform.
• Present findings to diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• PhD in ML, computer science, or related field.
• Strong publications in deep learning and LLMs.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Preferred: Background in cognitive psychology.
