The GP Strategies Leadership and Advisory Services Group is a leading provider of human and operational performance improvement solutions that help employers maximize the return on their investments in people, processes, technology, knowledge, and customers. The Leadership and Advisory Services Group is currently looking for a Principal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant.
JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of key GP consulting services. Responsible for providing a full range of professional consulting activities, including but not limited to: Leading others as well as working independently to develop business performance improvement strategies and tactical plans to support key business initiatives, coaching front-line and executive sponsors, effectively working in geographically dispersed organizations, providing strategic alignment and program governance, as well as stakeholder, benefits, and program lifecycle management for complexity, solution-focused transitional programs. Key focus for this role will be providing consultative services associated with organizational performance solutions aligned to the following areas: Organization Design, Change Management, Engagement, and Sales Enablement.
