Learn more at www.verve.comWhere You Come InWe are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager - CTV to lead the strategy, development, and execution of Verve's CTV products and solutions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and drive innovation in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space. This role will involve close collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to create a competitive and scalable CTV offering that delivers measurable value to our partners.What You'll Do
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Verve's CTV product suite.
  • Develop and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of CTV solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with publishers and advertisers to understand their needs and optimize CTV ad experiences.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in CTV advertising, including programmatic advancements, audience measurement, and privacy regulations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in product offerings.
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, sales enablement materials, and training.
  • Advocate for Verve's CTV capabilities internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert in industry forums and client interactions.
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on CTV, programmatic advertising, or digital video products.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic advertising for CTV platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of CTV-specific technologies, such as OTT platforms, streaming protocols (e.g., HLS, DASH), and audience targeting.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing product performance and making informed decisions.
  • Experience with agile development processes and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Marketing); an MBA is a plus.

The annual on-target-earning (OTE) salary range for this position is USD 290k-320k.
