You will report to the Director of Product.The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding Workday and of user behaviors in HR environments. They will understand the interplay between systems and the impacts of change to technology, data, and processes. An understanding of Payroll cycles and impacts is a plus.Candidate must have ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive our product development strategies. We must be able to measure value and work in the full product management cycle, interacting with engineering squads directly and with business stakeholders.This role is remote based out of our WHQWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field or relevant professional experience, education, and training.7+ years of product management experience.A proven track record of delivering HR experiences and scaling them.Strong understanding of discovery, experimentation and measurement.Excellent knowledge of Workday Core HR and related functional modulesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
