Principal Product Manager, Retention, you'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of lifecycle engagement, ensuring customers unlock the full value of Acrobat Sign. You will craft and deliver a lifecycle communication strategy-from onboarding through active engagement-leveraging email, in-product notifications, nudges, webinars, and more. Your mission: drive early and ongoing adoption of key features to directly influence retention and revenue outcomes. What You'll Do - Shape the future: Define and champion a bold, data-driven lifecycle engagement strategy addressing critical customer pain points while unlocking key business opportunities.

Experience - 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of delivering customer and business impact. Bonus if you bring a background in product marketing or management consulting.
- Prior experience in SMB or enterprise SaaS is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
