The impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team, the Associate Director will be responsible for leading innovative identity lifecycle management initiatives, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of robust Cyber and IAM solutions. This requires advanced knowledge in programming, vendor management, strategic alignment across Cyber initiatives and a strong passion for technology. In addition, the Principal Product Owner Associate Director will ensure that IAM services improve overall user experience while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine strategic direction for the department, ensuring alignment with DTCC's overall business objectives
- Manage DTCC's products across various environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and stability
- Work in tandem with engineering teams to enhance DTCC's products and solutions, advocating for features that address evolving security needs and improve customer experience
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, acting as an advocate within the organization to ensure our solutions meet their needs
- Assist in leading departmental processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality, supporting the implementation of management standards
- Participate in maintaining compliance with industry and security standards and security and play an active role in security incident response planning and execution
- Assist with budget management and resource planning for the department, supporting the management of vendor relationships and technology investments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience as a Product Owner specializing in the Identity space
- Proven track record leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Proven track record successfully defining and delivering quality products in line with the company strategy, as well as meeting business objectives and budget targets
- Proven track record managing complex projects across multiple teams providing all relevant results to ensure a seamless product launch
- Ability to translate product strategy and key customer and market requests into a case with detailed product requirements
- Familiarity with Identity protocol: OIDC, OAuth, and SAML; Step Up authentication technologies, standards, frameworks, and trends (FIDO, OAuth Step Up standard, Passwordless login); CIAM/IAM systems and their architecture
- Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams; experience working with senior partners from Marketing, CS, Sales, BD, R&D, as well as C-suite executives
