Senior/Principal Recruiter - Private Equity
We are actively hiring to source an experienced, Senior/Principal Level Private Equity recruiter to inherit an established division, and join an existing team of recruiters, with one of NYC's highest performing FS staffing firms. A division which consistently produces $2-3 million per year with projection for this to increase massively.
Leveraging a cemented client base and a high billing desk, a team where last year 5 people under the age of 26 took home over $600,000, and many over $1 million. Multiple $2 million+ billers, taking home 60% of what they generate.
A outstanding role, with large reward, and flexibility on package for the right person.

✓ Salary up to $120,000
✓ Flat 50-60% commissions on whatever you bill
