As a Principal Recruiter, you'll support hiring across Bumble's Product domain by attracting, hiring, and onboarding some of the best talent. This role extends beyond traditional recruitment, serving as the vital bridge between our Talent Acquisition strategy and its practical implementation. As a Principal Recruiter, you will champion operational excellence, mentor and upskill the TA team, and spearhead innovative initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will play a key role in navigating the complexities of the global talent market, ensuring our recruitment processes stay innovative, efficient, and highly effective.What you'll do Partner with the Product domain to provide deep hiring and market intelligence through external networks and connections.Use data and insights to create communications that clearly outline talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.Set and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and identify areas for improvement.Apply multi-sequence thinking to broader business objectives and long-term strategy to drive successful hiring outcomes.Develop and implement scalable hiring plans, processes, and solutions that align with our company's business priorities and OKRs.Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for key leadership positions, particularly within our global tech hubs.Collaborate closely with senior management and C-level executives to build and execute a hiring roadmap that supports our business goals.Drive and own projects focused on community building, employer branding and recruitment process improvementsWork with the TA leadership team to create and implement programs that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.Act as a mentor and coach to the TA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.About you Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of success in leadership hiring and global recruitment.Established and maintained a broad Product network, with expertise in building global talent communities.Skilled in addressing complex challenges by delivering innovative, results-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.Creative problem-solver, capable of providing out-of-the-box solutions.Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while ensuring close alignment with senior management and company goals.Demonstrated leadership presence, effectively guiding decisions and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Exceptional analytical skills, enabling the navigation of recruitment challenges and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficient in managing and executing large-scale projects, including process improvements, HR tech implementations, and change management initiatives.$150,000 - $170,000 a yearFor base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs.
