Your mission will be to proactively identify thematic opportunities that contribute to the company's bottom line and see them through to implementation. You'll leverage your extensive experience in research methodologies and prescriptive analytics to create massive business impact at EFG. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a newly formed team that represents the tip of the spear for EFG's Data Organization. Research Project Leadership
? Take ownership of research initiatives from conception to execution, with a focus on bottom line business impact.
? Define research objectives, methodologies, deliverables, and timelines.
? Drive collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables. ? Generate data-driven hypotheses and design rigorous experiments to test.
? Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new data sources, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the team's research capabilities.
? Apply your fresh perspective, curiosity, and analytical thinking to uncover new research opportunities and challenge the status quo.
? Translate research findings into actionable insights and prescribe recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and help the business achieve its goals.
? Develop an expert understanding of the business while forming partnerships and building trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
? Follow through on research projects by partnering with stakeholder teams to implement solutions you have prescribed. Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of those solutions.
Technical Expertise and Mentorship
? Serve as the technical leader on the Research Analytics team, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
? Mentor analysts in data analysis, advanced statistical techniques, and research methodologies.
? Review and provide feedback on code written by team members.
? Stay abreast of emerging trends in analytics, research, and data science, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
? Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Research Analytics team, encouraging creative thinking and bold ideas.
