Responsibilities
- A practicing Catholic with a commitment to on-going faith formation for staff and students;
- Embody the school's Mission and Vision statement as well as the school's motto of faith, family, and tradition;
- Possess the necessary academic qualifications;
- Act as the school's educational leader responsible for the administration and supervision of its educational program and staff;
- Promote a school climate that values the spiritual welfare and moral foundation of the students;
- Have an effective working relationship with the pastor, staff, students, and parents.Qualifications and Education Requirements
- An M.S. or M.A. degree in the educational field
- A minimum of five years teaching experience
- Preferred O-92 Connecticut certificationPreferred Skills
