The Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics EngineerDo you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative product area committed to increasing adoption of Salesforce for Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) and Fidelity Institutional (FI) users? IWMS uses the Salesforce platform as its Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool and as a key driver of the associate experience for sales, relationship management, consulting & client service teams. IWMS considers Salesforce a key strategic asset & capability.
The TeamThe CRM Enablement product area sits in the Fund and Brokerage Operations and Technology (FBOT) organization. The CRM Analytics Lead role reports into the business enablement team and is a shared resource across all CRM squads. This role partners closely with the end users, business architect, tech lead and squad leaders to build intuitive and actionable dashboards using CRMA.
